A solo exhibition by Spanish artist Marina González, inspired by the medieval poetry of Carmina Burana. This collection explores the enduring complexity of human emotion, love, desire, guilt, joy and irony, through a fusion of abstract expression and classical figuration. It marks a new chapter in González’s artistic journey, where traditional techniques meet contemporary expression in thirteen richly layered works that connect past and present.

Selected as the winner of the "Isolation Mastered" , curated by JD Malat Gallery. Marina González was awarded First Prize for her painting Flora Waiting to Blossom, chosen by a distinguished jury including Simon de Pury, Dylan Jones, and David Bellingham. Out of over 1,000 submissions from UK-based artists, this recognition, combined with a public vote of more than 8,000 participants, marked a pivotal moment in her career, positioning her as a rising voice on the contemporary painting scene.
